Just Tried a "Kaiju" approximation (LPL instead of PPC's, I cant hit a barn from the inside with PPC's) build on my 0000. It was really fun! But ditch the ECM to avoid any "P2W" arguments. So it would look something like this:
L/Arm: 2M
L/Torso: 2E
C/Torso: 2E, 1AMS (Yes I know you only have 2 crit slots but I like it when you have to make a choice)
R/Torso: 2B (Yeah I have a fetish for dual Lb10X)
R/Arm: 2M

Slap on some spiky bits and give it a shark jaw paint job.

That's kinda of a weakish armament for a 100 tonner, you can carry that with a Marauder and pack an STD280, meaning you'll move at 65kph post tweak, which is tankier and marginally faster than a KGC with an XL engine, but also more agile and better at peeking
