The skillcrow causal pilot showed already skill in picking a build not completely terrible, but quite one of the better builds. He could also tried to drop in a 2 flamer myst lynx ...

The skillcrow is also only dangerous if you team up and focus assist one one target. Again, if that happen, the causal clan pilot showed again quite good teamwork, which is a skill, too.

I think he means all things being equal the same skill level skillcrow will tend to beat the same skill level <insert IS mech > at the casual level. No cherry picking scenarios etc

But what you guys are saying in responce is basically the old git gud, we don't want your stinking casuals in muh game mode. Which is cool. ghost town awaits.

But it's the casual solos...why would your unit stop group play?
Or is it a case of i have this friend....of a friend..

Sounds like a case of Snowflakeitis to me. "Oh noes, my snowflake Vindi or Treb is getting it's poop packed in tight by not-sh!t builds!"

So instead of adapting, your unit just decided to quit. Got it, loud and clear.

It looks like solo players who created 1-man units have more gumpton.

It's a case of certain portions of the playerbase not having the testicular/ovarian fortitude to figure out how to win. They're so inundated with this "Kumbaya" garbage that's getting peddled.

But at the same time, he's cherry picked half the argument in his favor.

Original baited argument:
all things being equal the same skill level skillcrow will tend to beat the same skill level <insert IS mech > at the casual level

Flipped baited argument:
all things being equal the same skill level Splatgriffin will tend to beat the same skill level <insert Clan mech > at the casual level

If an argument can be objectively flipped, it wasn't a strong one to begin with.

It didn't take long for people to realize CW is still the same shallow gamemode on terrible maps. All the fluff like leaderboards etc. won't keep people in CW as long as the core gameplay doesn't improve.

If you think that you are out of your mind.

At the low levels of play, lurms and SSRMs are seen as OP. SSRMs are quite strong in 4v4s and some of the lighter RHoD drops they were strong even at comp level. Now they just oxide counter if used at all in 8v8, and at my level in a 4man going against skillcrows it's ggclose, but low level players will tend to get rolled, no amount of 3Ms will save them.

You can kite 4 mediums all over the map, I have done this to both clan and IS.

Even while protecting, the 4 mediums on gather will sometimes chase you all over the map rather than just force the game through intel.

Now that the queues are merged, I see a lot more people in queue, but at the same time, I also see a helluva lot more laservomit tryhards. And laservomit tryhards are why I hate Quick Play.
