Whats the process to get a refund on the money?
I can go straight to my CC provider and charge back, or PGI has a less embarrassing process?
Someone please contact me on my account email to discuss. Its a legal requirement for me in Australia to say to the Bank that I tried talking to the offending company first. I think this message qualifies...

If the items have not been added to your account there should be no problem.

You might try to pass off a forum post as communicating with the company, but I doubt it would hold up to any kind of scrutiny. Try sending an email to billing@mwomercs.com, an address you would have easily found if you had clicked on "Support" at the top of the page.

You haven't' even tried using support@mwomercs.com, but you are going to tell you bank that you made a good-faith effort to contact the company, because you posted on a public forum?
This is pretty skeezy.
You should at least follow through on an effort to contact PGI, so you don't have to straight-up lie to your creditor.

Try using support and asking for it nicely ? if this is a pre order, support will refund your account.

Contact support/billing and be polite. GM Patience refunded my preorders the same day as my ticket. Damn job not starting as soon as I was told...

Try contacting support first, they're pretty good about giving refunds. If you have your bank do a charge back, you will likely have your account locked.

So I found this, and hope it helps others:
BILLING CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Forcing a chargeback for a purchased item will result in an automatic suspension of that account. Upon receiving notification of a chargeback Support services will contact the e-mail associated with the account, after the account has been suspended, to establish a dialog between the account holder and support services in an effort to determine the nature of the chargeback. In the event that the purchased content has been consumed or modified, reinstatement of the account may require a full reimbursement to PGI billing services of the total transaction amount that has been charged back, potentially including any additional fees incurred by our billing services as a result of the original chargeback.
Before resorting to a forced chargeback for purchased content we ask that you please instead contact Billing Support services to establish a dialog and to help ensure that we can work together to resolve any potential issues.

As long as you haven't been using the mechs and just got bored with them they will refund. PGI support system has always been good to me.
