Whoa Well...that's impressive.

One edit, though: y'all spelled "Hatchman" wrong. Again.

I think you meant the Scorpion, but all is forgiven.

Looks smexy and will pre-order, but I do have one complaint about it. Correct me if I'm wrong but according to the picture on Sarna, the PPCs are in the right arm and the Ultra is in the left. Might double check that and fix it before too much work goes into it.

http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Night_Gyr

EDIT: Okay nevermind. I just found the record sheet for it and the main picture on Sarna was uploaded backwards and it does show the PPCs in the left and the ultra in the right. Apologies for doubting your research PGI Posted Image

This is the case often. Viper art on sarna is backwards as well.

I think the D variant is listed wrong somewhere

For the hardpoints;

Quote

RIGHT ARM - 1 Energy (Available Actuators: Upper)

However in weapons & equipment;

Quote

RIGHT ARM - Fixed Structure Slot x2, LRM 20 w/ Artemis IV FCS, LRM Artemis Ammo x3

[Edit] FIXED! [/Edit]

Also, ordered! It may be slow (for a Clan Omni) but it looks close enough to a Nova Cat to make me happy and I've yet to meet a Heavy I can't do well (enough) in! Posted Image

Yeah, that threw me off at the start also, but then I looked into a "lore & known mech's double check", and realized it had to be a typo and, or misprint. To err is human...

Looks horrifically ugly, totally different to the other mechs going around right now.

...Good. The other mechs are reusing so many bits and bots they're starting to blend too much. This is sure to stand out of the crowd.

As far as how it may perform, the lower engine means slower twist and run speed, but with those World of Warcraft pauldron-sized shoulders it may be tankier a little more than the timber. Who knows. Definitely will be able to carry a heavier payload at least.
