I realize I haven't had anything actually "taken" from me... But I feel like extending this event devalues my wins, as well as robbing me of a potential event this coming weekend that *would* have benefited me.
Myself, and many people in my unit, and I can only assume in many others (who aren't amazing at everything) put in some serious time to clear this event before the end of it. It turning out to be 3 weeks long, and we could have taken a more natural and relaxed attitude towards it would have been nice to know at the start.
Changing the rules mid-stride never makes anyone happy but the losers. :/

I disagree, this challenge is actually pretty lengthy for many casual players. But I think they should have also added more stretch goals for those of us who did finish it. Otherwise it feels like they've robbed me of another weekend event for more goodies

Thanks for the extension PGI! Big help to those of us who couldn't squeeze the whole thing into a single weekend and around the things we have going on. Got a chance now to finish off the Invasion targets!

Guess having a kid and a family throws me into the loser section in this game since I cannot devote more than 2 hours a night to this game. Kind of hard to finish invasion when you get a game every 30-45 mins (somtims even longer) on the weekdays
. Did end up finishing invasion on Saturday though, so I am glad they extended the time so I can do the scouting one as well.

I didn't even bother to try since I'm a stay at home dad who games one night a week and, if I am lucky, 3-5 hours over a weekend. Looking at some of the goals it felt like I would be punishing myself by trying to achieve them.
Oh well, gives me a bit of time to concentrate on other non-MWO things.
