got premium time on 13th of may got even the email receipt from mwo on my mail but i dont have premium time anywhere and nothing to activate... and dunno what to do where to call support this is the first time this happened...

Take this email address

Go to your email program (not this website) (try to use the email address associated with your MWO account)
And send an email to them, explaining the situation.
Billing support is extremely fast, expect a response within 30 minutes. (This is Sunday though, you will most likely have to wait until morning for a response).
Also if you ever need support with anything else that can't be solved in forums, be sure to go to the support link in the top right of the page. You will always have to use your email though, but you can get all the different addresses you will need in that page.

Oh duh, at my own response. Check for a second email with the activation code. I only get Prem through mech purchases, but whenever I gift someone I have to check the second email for the code to redeem. IDK just trying to help as I saw no one else responded.

In case you ever need to find it again, it´s the big square button at the top center of every page of the website that says "support", right between "community " and "MC"
