Whether the Long Tom is called too scary after one faction working on scouting matches to get it, Stormcrows are called "overpowered" when they're the most solid choice for brawling in Scouting, Scouting is unbalanced... There are far too many people who complain and complain until they get their way in the game. All I've ever done is read the complaining and continue playing.

I can't remember the last time I played a game where people complain so much until something is done in their favor. Have a one minute video I made in thirty seconds where the opponents complained that Scouting is broken.

Fighting isn't always the answer, and the Inner Sphere just doesn't understand that.

Would be nice if PGI would change the scoring metrics to take this into consideration. I have multiple matches where I got 7 intel grabs and was the only guy alive to get on the DS because my team mates did not understand you can run away only to have them get more money than me plus credit for the win in this latest event.

It would be fun to see a seasonal tournament in MWO where teamleaders get a capped amount of MC and they use it to recruit the best team from a pool of players.

Are you new here? This is how things are done in MW:O. Always has been. PGI pretty much caters to those that either whine the loudest or pay the most money for their digital stuff.

If you're not one of the two, your only purpose here is to be a moving target for those that are.

Does that mean that all of the stuff done in the last year, both good and bad (rescale proceeding, new maps, P3, tournament etc...I said good and bad) were all because of whining? Not all the stuff that has come in the last year is great, but at least it is development and an increase in variety. If that is what whining has gotten us then I am all for more of it. Thanks whiners!

Edit: Also, who was whining for goodie crates? I googled and could find a single thread where folks were whining for goodie crates before the last road map. Point being: Sometimes crap content is proposed without any help from community whining.

PGI's shareholders. I guess the MC selling rate is quite low...

The plebs cried for a solo CW queue. They got it, but left it empty because longtom was OP. They simply shifted the blame.

The plebs wanted a 4v4 mode. They got it, but stopped dropping because streaks are OP. They simply shifted the blame.

The plebs wanted reduced rewards for Merc units. They got it in spades, but still complain that the Merc units are stealing all the gold.

What do all the changes have in common? They kept the solo pugs in their little dream world where PARTICIPATION deserves a Gold Star & competitive play is bad. Not every idea/opinion in this world can be "right".

*PS well done on rushing that drop zone. Your timing is impeccable.

Let me get this straight. If you do this with 4 cheetahs its tactical genius and if we do this with 4 Pirate Banes I get to read forum posts from whining Clanners that IS is too scared to fight ?

Count, did I miss a post above? I'd be impressed at a light expertly dive-bombing the extraction zone be it cheetar or peanut butter. The best part about 4v4 is predicting if they'll fight or cap, and choosing your mechs accordingly.

Literally this morning, I was in a PUG scout drop and noticed we had a Spider, Raven, Shadowhawk, and me in my Oxide. We were on "Protect Intel," so I said:

"We're running really light - let's just cap as much as we can and deny them caps."

That's what we did - within five minutes, we have 11 caps to the Clams' 1, and their dropship was inbound. By this point, the usual trio of Crows had bumped into two of the party, so I capped a couple more points, rolled into the Crows' backs, and took two of them down, leaving a Hunchie2 and a Crow to scramble for the dropship to protect their whopping 1 intel point.

Yeah - they didn't make it.

Communication, a plan, and working as a team OP - plsnurf.

People just need to stop playing stupid: Scout is about the most balanced fun PGI has produced.

What these forums need is to put a new button next to the like button. A "SHUT THE **** UP ALREADY" button.

The genesis of angry posts is most often formed in Vancouver.
