Meh ...... they have selective hearing i guess, as a lot of issues go unanswered.

Trading in a combination of XP, GXp, Creds, or MC for varying levels of a supply chest item from your hangar bay quarter master would be a better idea than even this 2nd option. Then they could have faction specific crates you need to be loyalist for etc.

I dislike the lockbox concept, it reminds me so much of bad asian MMOs; I am glad however that PGI agreed to not have them physically present on the map...
