[Lorian Sunrider]

I know the patch has only just gone live, but I'm stuck at work and then have social obligations tonight so I can't test out my new Kodiaks. I need to live vicariously through my fellow forumwarriors.

Please, any initial thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

That said, I was not hugely impressed with the sneak peek last night.... Firepower was good, but they couldn't really take a hit. Time will tell how that translates to 12v12.

I agree that the sneak peek was extremely unimpressive. The thing is made of glass, with a center torso as big as the side of a barn.

People today are going to try and play it as a clan Atlas,(Which in my opinion it should have been) and they are going to die. There will be a sizable portion of the people who pre-ordered it, spitting at the forums after the patch.

Im running mine with quad uac10 (ha, how imaginitive) 4 mlaser, an xl 315 8 ton ammo rest DHS, 815 dmg first match.... its a beast

Well, either use uacs or mlasers and try to avoid ghost heat... Save it only for the cases you really need that 107 dmg ASAP

Its a 281ish mb update so its a fair size considering.

Yeah, this is pretty much how I have been thinking of it as well. Can't wait to try it out, but don't have any expectations of it being a super tank. I want it more for the damage it can inflict, not what it can take!
