To expand on that, it means you can change for standard internals and armour to Endo Steel and FF, you can also change engine size and (I don't know why you would) type, you can even change the Heatsink type as well, the catch is you cannot change the hard points on them.

I see.... guess it can't hurt for the information to be at multiple locations..... even though even on the sales page in the store there is no onmipod hardpoints table for the Kodiak.
Though thinking on it PGI should add a designation somewhere on the sales page ( somewhere near the top of it ) whether the mech is an omni or a battlemech to avoid these kind of things i the future.

Or.... the children can learn to read.
Heaven help them if they go into some sort of contract (Say a property purchase) and signing without reading the fine print, ten realising thy have stuffed themselves. Too late then! It won't be jut Omni pods they will be worried about.

the Kodiak is not an Omnimech so does not have Omnipods, it is a Battlemech like the IS Mechs and the IIC Mechs

Yeah, ppl should read but I've got a little time in customer service and I can tell you that almost no one bothers to read the signs but would rather ask an employee. /shrug
