On the subject of the Victor, I am really curious to see how it comes out of the rescaling. The chassis is huge and wide for an 80 ton mech. Maybe making it closer to the Zeus in size will help it enough ... so that it doesn't require heavy quirks ( aside from mobility )

Huginn -- they just gutted it so much. It was fine before -- if your enemy made a mistake you killed them, if you made a mistake -- you died.
kitfox -- the <insert profanity here>-fox. Too slow to be a light and bad omnipods make this a horrible mech

Tie Cataphract & Summoner-- The Cataphract's horrible arms mean you hit the ground more than the enemy and the summoner's locked endosteel mean that both of these mechs are a waste of mech-lab space. How often do you see them? Only when someone wants to play heavies in hard-mode or likes to be handicapped in a match.

The Summoner wishes it had Endo Steel... FF and Standard structure..... lots of space, hardly any hard points...

If you could choose 3 chassis to get re-quirked for the June patch, which one would you take?

1: Thor ... the poor Thor...
2: kodiak - tweaks on the Kodiak - All 5 need CT structure boost
3: Dashi - please give the whale a small bone to chew on

Competitive relevance is no part of the appeal of a COM
IIC (see also Stinger, Wasp, Flea, etc.)

Competitive relevance is irrelevant to me, c'mon man!

But it still is pretty much 100% obsolete. I'd still take one because COM, but just keeping it real.

Atlas - AS7-S was already the best atlas but it also got the best quirks? Buff the others to this level and the non S variants will be worthwhile. Side note: K trades torso structure for arms structure, but it and the DDC have the least amount of hardpoints of any Atlas... WHY?!

Orion - Seriously with the leg structure? Just move that structure to the torsos and maybe it will start on the path to being decent.

Vindicator - Haven't ever played one, but the Blackjack got insanely (now toned down) good quirks and it has more hardpoints to boot.

Can we add a universal quirk to all non hover mechs where they will no longer get stuck on pebbles...

Some of these have been on the back of Russ's mind for so long, they've grown a swing set...

Victor: They need some structure quirks to help them brawl. More mobility would be great, too.
Summoner: Where to begin? Hard-point starvation, coupled with lack of Endo-steel. Russ has talked about helping it for a year. Ammo buff, mobility and some generalized quirks for the Omni-pods.
Cataphract: I'm not sure what it is lacking, but it lacks something... probably side torso structure would help.

Heavy metal

But only jump jet quirks, they already did a good job with weapon quirks.
