Once PGI had scraped the bottom of the Unseen barrel, yes. Even then, I imagine the Wacker will be only good for for nostalgia, and little else due to current amount of hardpoints and easy to hit torsi hitboxes.

Ehh...3 ballistic slots, 2 missile slots, 1-3 energy slots (depending on hardpoint inflation) isn't the worst thing I could imagine. The bird-type mechs seem to be decent at rolling damage with decent torso twist speeds.

As long as they keep those arms high the Bushwacker might be a contender. Right now the only IS medium mech with high hard points is the the 45 ton Blackjack. I wouldn't mind having a Blackjack that has 10 more tons for weapons.

I'd rather get my Scorpion already.

Bushwacker (even though a really cool mech) wouldn't add much to the game, to be honest. Quadrupeds, on the other hand...

There's also the problem that the Bushwacker only has exactly 3 variants that are timeline appropriate.

One requires the implementation of the LFE, which shouldn't be too hard actually. And the other requires the introduction of the Plasma Rifle, which god only knows how they'll work that.

Funny thing is, the Bushwacker on the cover of the 3058 TRO has an ATM 3 on it, yet none of the actual variants have an ATM 3... Da Fuq?

Their potential loadouts are not even close. EBJ excels at dishing out big damage from mid to long range cause otherwise it will die fast due to its hitboxes. Bushwacker simply cannot emulate that.

Isn't it kind of relevant that the EBJ is an omnimech?

So is Summoner. Your point?

It'll depend on size and weapon placement. EBJ works just fine, Bush is supposed to be somewhat similar.

Uh, my point is that EBJ has different omnipods that can be combined to create builds you can't get with the Bushwacker (or the Summoner, for that matter)

Mr. Bush Hopper isn't inclined to see the Bush Wacker introduced at all. Thank you.
