Where'd you get your numbers?

Mercenaries didn't kill Faction Warfare-mercenaries kept playing Faction Warfare the way Faction Warfare's game mechanics enabled them to do so.

I agree with count zero. Most of the large units went merc for the rewards. If pgi had converted LP that was earned before phase 3 into merc points we would have seen more of the active FW units pick a faction to be loyal to.

All in all the community is too small for 10 factions. If you don't want to have 30 min + queue times something will need to be done to minimize the options.

So it's been a while since the last time. I was interested in how a Win per Member Average would reflect with the Data available from the Leaderboards. Not that it means very much as there are a fair deal of irregulars, casuals, AWOL Members etc. Nevertheless I find this Dataset to be quite interesting.
The Data analyzed is the Top 20 Merc Units and the Top 20 Loyalist Units plus my own Unit, currently ranked 96. Obviously I wanted to compare my units Data to the rest. Anyway

@Danjo San, thank you for putting together this info, its really interesting to see some of the numbers from a different perspective (graph form and with the comparison between loyalists and merc). Awesome job to all the PKRL (and former Pork Roll) guys, Kcom, EVIL and everyone else that made the top 40!

Just for the record - Pork Roll had a split about a week ago. If you're using their current population (I believe it was 14 people last night), that's slightly less than half of what it was previously (30 at peak, two weeks ago). So if you're dividing Total Unit Wins by Current Number of Players, you'll get a number about twice what it really should be.

That's not say that the current and former members of Pork Roll aren't good - I play with them pretty much every evening, and I'd say they are. But unfortunately the methodology (and timing) used to make this graph may be a bit misleading in this instance. I certainly don't want to put down anyone's accomplishments, I just think data ought to as accurate as possible.

The numbers for C4, AW and HHoD are way off. When we transferred to Steiner all our Davion history was deleted. (Except for planetary wins stats)

+100 cool points for your time, energy, and effort....it is a relevant dataset, displayed graphically, with color coding. Very well done.

So, if I started a one man unit consisting only of myself, I would take over 4th place, bumping JO G and everyone behind them back one spot....interesting, it is essentially a participation per member chart weighted off of wins, very interesting, very enlightening.

I REALLY like it.

I want to sort by total number of wins as well as W/L ratio so it is easier to find my 'keep me humble' list. The "Winners" list.
I would also like to sort by K/D ratio. To complete the 2nd half of the "Killers" list.
