How would a team theoretically submit a complaint about a referee?

Hello,
If you need to send in a complaint during or right after a match, look out on NGNG TeamSpeak for a PGI Staff member, there's always one on call there, if you cannot get to them, contact another Referee # about the issue and they will relay/report to a PGI Staff.
If you're trying to report when matches are no longer running or cannot find a Staff on NGNG, send out a support ticket explaining the issue including the referee # and the 2 unit names of the match.
