This is an acceptable form of displaying emotion! I shall join you in the land of sans pants until release!

These both made me laugh!

I am **** excited! I love Mech games, they are one of my few passions! No other game can hold my interest for 2 months... Mechwarrior has held my love for over a decade!

NOW I JUST HAVE TO WAIT!! :) This must be what the invading clans felt while waiting for operation revival!

Indeed it was...so much waiting...when will we feel the shudder and thunder of the footfalls of our mighty titans...when I ask you!

I will also join you, periodically, but I need my pants to get around, so it will ONLY be periodically, hehe.

Holy smokes, I hope you're kidding, hehe. I have to admit, though, one of the first thoughts that ran through my mind was that I'm really going to have to discipline myself well so I'm not playing this game all the time, when it finally hits us next year, hehe.

Yep. It was definitely a contributing factor. Playing MW4 Mercs on the Zone most nights has a tendency to do that. The game is loud and full of explosions

The announcement for this game simultaneously made me reinstall MW4 Mercs from the cd's I still had next to my computer (though it hates my graphics card) and completely forget that Skyrim comes out next Friday; the game I have been waiting for with bated breath since its announcement.

Ready doesn't even begin to describe it!

It makes me excited to play a game again that requires extensive use of a keypad. For too-long has it just collected dust on my keyboard.

Keypad? Bah.. Its time to dust off the Joystick :) ... ok I admit that does sound bad but its not what your perverted mind is thinking..

I'm excited, I remember the first time I played MechWarriors when I was still in elementary school.... I was horrible at it especially since it had to be played with the joystick. I don't remember what the name of the game was besides that it was MechWarriors, but I always got stuck in some training thing which i couldn't get out of. But that was more than 9-11 years ago where I started to played video games. Now I'm 20 and ready to blow **** up!!

Excited?

Lessie . . . I was sitting in the office at work, when I see a link to this forum on one of the threads on Starship Modeler's forum.

Then I heard this strange squealing noise, like a Twilight fan was told that Edward and (that other guy) were moving in next door. I suddenly realized it was me . . .

Three people popped into my office to see where the noise came from. :)

I can't even play any games now! And MWO is still almost a year away!!

I may have to redownload MW4 Mercs to stave off the hunger for 100 ton Robot Battles.
or maybe try out Perpetuum Online. Its no battletech but beggars cant be choosers!

***... My oldest son and I were laughing so hard at this I almost fell out of my chair. Had to recover before I could write. That's some excitement, hehe.

I'm excited, I love battletech.
We only ever dreamed back in the day of playing on the tabletop, of games like this.
Ive played every version from CBT on the table top to MechWarrior: Living Legends.
I'm very excited to see another title added to the genre

Im very excited, but i'll admit im a little worried. I've heard the original creator of Battletech is on board, so im /really/ hopeful, i loved the PnP (and still have PDFs of all the books i could find), so im /really/ really hoping for a great game. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out.
