As always in typical PGI fashion it seems that since the beginning of Phase 3 the friends list has been broken. It shows anyone who has been online since you have been logged in but doesn't show them as logged out.
Does PGI have any intention on actually fixing this, or do they just not have a clue what they are doing?

I see a short delay between status changes (like... 30 seconds to 2 minutes), but nothing like you're describing OP.

I have same problems... see people online you go and talk to them and get insta " xxx is offline "
