That's why stopped visiting those forums - it was just a waste of time.
And now to the 'Mech:
FL armor is nice, but
Savage Wolf loses the greatest advantage of Clan 'Mechs - the ability to survive side torso loss - because of it. And remember that you are on battlefield where 'Mechs such as
Hellstar (can dish out 4*15 damage on 23 hexes) are in general use. And the Dark Age battlefield is filled with 'Mechs with high damage output.
You gained some armor advantage - and cut the survivability of your 'Mech in half.
Actually, you don't even have to lose your side torso. The possibility that you die on engine crits is now higher too. That's not good.
Plus, every engine crit adds heat burden on your already overheating 'Mech - that will mean various penalties and /or slower movement with all what it amounts.
And that's still not all: Heat inducing weapons are in common use too. From centuries old Infernos and Flamers to modern Plasma weapons, they either heat up or damage (or both) your overheating
Savage Wolf.
And I am not even talking about all those configurations.
As I said above, I will rather take the original
Madcat or maybe some other 'Mech.
