I managed to squeeze in 6 ERPPCs onto my KDK-1 and it was fun, although unfunctional haha

Anyone has experience with such a build and how did it work? Did you manage to make such a build feasible?

Feasible...no, fun...Kinda chuckle worthy.

Created a Catapult K2 with 2PPCs and 2 LBX10s all mounted in the torso. 4 large barrels protruding from the front is kinda hilarious really. Called it my "Boomstick".

I only ran it for a small bit. It's too hot, not enough up/down pitch, optimal engagement range is tiny, ammo is a bit light, it's hot, and it is slow-ish.

Still, it was pretty fun to alpha with and it would shred if conditions were ideal.

That build might work in the coming Ghost Heat 2.0, just as long as you fire them in pairs 1/2 a second apart. Even the Dire Star might just work....

I was once hit by a direstar in my catapult I think. I turned a corner in HPG, and got cored but (barely) didn't dead. The guy in chat types "oh, you're lucky." He was probably shut down for 2 minutes but I wasn't about to cross the open and find out.

You can do a DWF-W with 5 ERPPC in a symmetrical config with the S side torsos, add a clan active probe and TC1, then pack it with DHS for a relatively effective direstar-inspired variant. I'd only recommend it in faction play instances where you can pick a decent sniping spot (like the spawn hill on Boreal), though. It isn't practical, but it can be kinda fun and it will provide some lols.

I've done this build in PuG play:

DWF-PRIME

It's hot, but it sure is funny when you one shot someone with it, and you don't out right die from one salvo....
