Since I could find no troubleshooting section, here´s my problem:

Whenever I join a match, my network card looses connection. I loose connection to the Client and any other applications like Teamspeak. Pinging e.g. the google servers during this "join"-phase shows ca. 50% packet loss. Once I am disconnected everything works fine until I try to join a match again.

I am connecting to my router via wireless Lan. My PC is just new, but the Wireless card was used in the older PC as well.

First off, maybe try a wired connection and see if that helps. Do you have this issue with any other games, or is it just Mechwarrior? Some routers can be finicky about too much traffic unless you allow it. Maybe post system specs, but I don't think that's probably the issue.

Try running the speed test found here.

Good luck and let us know how it's working, or if it's not.

On a quiet saturday morning I get this:

http://www.dslreport...eedtest/4207798
EDIT: How on gods earth can I put a simple picture into a post?

Further Information:
-due to this places layout, a wired connection is not possible
-I currently don´t have any other multiplayer games available, but that can be fixed
-manually switching off the IP6 protocoll did not help
-manually setting network addresses and DNS-servers instead of DHCP did not help
-MWO has exception status in my firewall

I'm not positive, but your internet speed may be the culprit here. Maybe someone who is more knowledgeable in this area can chime in.

I have the same problem at times. One thing be it the wireless internet connection or a hard wire it does not matter.

My first match this morning was sitting there realizing crap I will not even drop in the match.

The second, I had some issues with a frame freezing for a bit from time to time on Grim.

The third, again ugh, I was seeing 10 to 15 seconds per frame, running into walls on forest colony. I could not even get on a cap point, but was able to get away from a Griifin 2N. I was surprised I did not run out of bounds with the ice ferret.

Unplugged computer started to play with a FLIR camera and download some data.

Since I keep the router where I can see it, on the desk I can watch the internet go intermittent while playing this game, but also when just on line. I have a feeling it has more to do with load on the internet in areas than hardware or the software that runs it. I already know Saturday nights are the worst time for me to be on the internet, before midnight.

The OP wrote that a wired connection isn't possible for him. I'm wondering about whether his upload speed has anything to do with it.

I will try to prioritize the application over the router now.

Edit: This did not fix the problem.

If it is possible to connect using a network cable try doing so, I have found hard-wired to be much more stable for MWO than WiFi, in the past when running a cable was not practical I used powerline network adaptors to get a massive stability increase over wireless.

If you cannot do that then all I can suggest is contacting support at technical@mwomercs.com
they may be able to offer some help, however they are based in Canada and only work office hours so it you are EU based you will not hear back from them until at least Monday evening.

Using a WLAN-Repeater makes 1 out of 4 games work out with an average ping of 30.
But still it crashes on joinup in the other 3 matches.
