Nice art. Nothing about the video would make me go back to Faction Play (or whatever it's called nowadays), unless there's some hidden changes being introduced that the video didn't make clear.

I want to know how to get twelve mechs into scouting mode. That looked like fun.

Also, Ghost Bear tends to be more one of the more tradition-bound Clans, yet they were not even attempting to honor zellbrigen. When those scouts pop up above the gate (around 1min mark), all of those clanners open fire.

Do not forget the old CW video is already a bit out dated.

As well as the fact that we are lacking videos in departments we haven't even touched on yet... However the community is making a good job at that (Thanks Kanajashi, NGNG TV, etc!).

it came out now because CW3 is out and this is where CW is at a point where it's a product available for people to play with and no longer a beta (however it isn't done yet, there is still a lot more to come). So now is the best time then any to release a video. (The other optimal times would be just when CW first launched and then another one for when we hit another peak in content (Solaris VII, Union and Overlord dropships, Ai integration and much more varied objectives, etc.)

Better late then never. But I think PGI is also trying to show off their Voice Actors which is in the PvE missions/ Tutorial / etc Posted Image
We know they are slowly starting up work and we have more voice actor content in the game itself then we ever had.

With the recent (and so obviously long long overdue) changes in FP I thought PGI would promote FP again. Then they even launched another event, which always means that after collecting their redemptions in quick play, players move to FP to collect more... and then I saw that they enabled 100 (!) redemptions for quick play. Absolute facepalm. But hey, keep making videos, let's see where that gets FP.

This video would be glorious if you didn't know the game better. Rinse and repeat shooter with mechs with no depth whatsoever.

Actually, it looks like a pretty accurate representation of faction warfare. An organised team versus pugs drip feeding forces into the open. I couldn't be bothered watching past 1 min but hey, it was accurate up to that point.

actually... that's pretty accurate for most clanners i've shot at with a Wolfhound XD

Less time on promo videos and more time on actually fixing the game. The promo video was kinda meh too, because none of the things done or called during that promo video were things that anyone would call during an actual match...

The art is cool though.

Amazing video!
I just wish game had more of this Battletech touch.
Anyway, i still love MWO, despite hard (and slow) ride since closed beta. But end of the tunnel is near!

False advertising ruined the Youtube votes. Either you shouldn't show the players a video that they can falsify or you make a genuine video of a good conflict.

Still, I can't believe how you made another gimpy video with a boring story. It can't be that hard. Many players experienced impressive moments in MWO. You just have to listen to their tales and create a short story out of it.
