You need to add "Both" or "Hybrid" to that poll, because I use Foot Pedals to steer, my X52 throttle and buttons, but I aim my torso and fire weapons with my mouse. That's been my setup since MW2 Mercs. I don't touch my stick, thats for flying.

I plan on having a joystick complement the keys/mouse. Plenty of desk space, and I rather enjoy having a throttle vs. % hotkeys.

Probably just my keyboard the mouse my tablet came with. My boyfriend has a Nostromo and I'd like to give it a try but I figure that'll stop being an option as soon as Guild Wars 2 launches.

I'll do keyboard and trackball until I see a good joystick configuration. I'll try that, and then I'll make my big decision.

I feel like the benefit i have noticed in a lot of games is a mouse turns faster than any other device. Though i haven't played many mech games, i would assume they would make turning a mech clunky enough that a joystick would turn at the same speed a mouse does? Or would i be wrong in that assumption?

Keyboard and Joystick, with my mouse close by just incase. Depending on how much I like this game I may buy more flight sim gear. Its fun to win and have an advantage with keyboard and mouse, but there are times that I want this to feel as though I really am in the cockpit of a huge battlemech.
