Yeah, I find this can help. Also waiting 2-3 minutes before queueing up can prevent you from being matched with the same people.

Blame the rating system, which is ofcourse utter crap and PGI failed to make a proper one.

In the high tiers, it's more often than not putting two competitive groups together in one 12 man team, result is ofcourse 12-0 stomps.

The same happens on lower tiers I bet.

Yep, PGI thinks it can make life easier for newbies and pugs, but their system is flawed beyond repair at this point.
