From what I've seen the Peasant Hawk is vastly inferior to the BJ, granted with the resize the BJ is vastly inferior to it's pre patch self, but it still has good hardpoints, relatively hard to hit side torsos making it sort of XL safe, and nice build variety across it's variants, still letting it punch well above its' 45 tons of weight.
