Well, I've made yet another build that I have been having fun with, especially with the recent buffs the P-Hawk has gotten.

PXH-1

Yes, there is an XL engine in there, but in my opinion the PXH-1 is the only one that can run an XL without issue, I usually loose my arms long before I loose an ST. Also, I've been using this as a "Tip of the Spear" mech. It works great for inspiring pugs out of their timidity when they see a lightly armoured 45 ton mech running into combat.

These are the 3 builds I have had the most success with. They are all a similar flavor, but different enough to work with a different play style.
PXH-1B- My favoriate, AC5 is good for skirmishing, Works well with putting out dps upclose
PXH-2- better skirmisher with 2LL's
ROC- More of a close range striker, LL for skirmishing

All use XL300's and I have to work really hard to have a good game. The idea is generally the same for all of them. Walk around with the big boys, poke safely, wait until opposing lights flank around attack lights. Big boys mix up, stick and move while protecting your assaults. Try to draw attention if one of your assaults get under heavy fire. Chase down lrm boats. Never try to brawl in open space or closed space. Don't brawl period.
