Well if you read the description they have tracking included in the packages. to quote:
The Wrap 920 VR Bundle includes a complete Vuzix Wrap 920 video eyewear plus a Wrap VGA Adapter and Wrap Tracker 6TC, making it the most versatile video eyewear system ever offered in a single package.
and the other one:
The Wrap™ 1200VR supports standard 2D video out of the box plus 3D video for a broad assortment of games, simulators and other types of applications. A new generation head tracker, the Wrap Tracker 6TC with compass, is a 3-degree of freedom tracker with automatic drift compensation that offers the best ever, “Where you look is what you see.” experience

Ah you're right. I didn't keep drilling Wrap Tracker meant, I assumed it was 3d bs for the glasses. Well, that's impressive ...if it really feels good in the glasses...

I was never interested but I think I'd look into it for MWO, being able to look around the cockpit would be helpful (looking to my side without turning my guns away for example).
Plus I have an old webcam around here we don't use for anything else...
