It's simply because most of people are right-handed ...
And for the OP MWO isnt like WoT or maybe i never saw WW2 tanks were able to jump .. in this case i apologize

In general, if you don't like movement and manouvering please go and play tower defense games instead.

Anti Nascar Minefields for the first 2 mikes:

Or maybe when 5 mechs move more than 435m left from the charlie lance including 2 assault Mechs - they will run into invisible walls.
It would also help to inverse caustic valley....and turn it into a caustic bowl

I've seen nascaring around the structure there, too.

It's happening more than it used to, though. Thing is, nascaring ultimately happens because both teams are trying to be clever by flanking, but neither team is clever enough to notice they are being predictable. A team with self awareness and coordination would probably just cut across when its not expected, and get a proper flank that way. Good luck getting either of those qualities in a pug, though.

just pointed at the other side and charge

We should have maps where it isn't really an advantage to nascar.

And oh yeah, random spawns would also stop nascar.

Plenty of pugs understand this, but it's almost impossible to coordinate this with other pugs even if they also understand the game. The gameplay is too fast to make plans on the go except for, "push this or there, shoot that one".
