From the obvious disparity in clan vs is tech, to the ******** insta-escape on timer countdown mechanics, to the ultimate reward of IWIN-TOM, it's easy to say scouting if absolutely terrible.
No wonder it's dead when there isn't an event going on.

PGI needs to fix all of faction warfare. It should be a large persistant map that allows people to drop in and fight (preferably with just purchased mechs not trial) and allows you to scout, setup artillery, rearm and repair, etc etc. I will settle for the time being fixing long tom back to the lower damage values.
