And in that case, kdk Daka bear is fine and lolcust is fine too

Good to hear
Also that average damage, and until 12 games ago, I had the stock setup. Not the one I'm talking about now

Kodiak does the same thing, in the SupaHunch configuration. 36 + 36 VS 40 + 40
Do you mean you shot a robot and he died? That's generally what happens.
Haven't had much time to play lately, but the previous Nova was nice enough.
Here's my Previous Nova stats, and current Kodiak...if you want a reference for semi-decent matches.
Kodiak could have easily stayed over 1k average damage, but I wanted to use 2600M/s AC2s and Goose Waffles. You can't say I don't use fun builds every now and then.

If you can't even exceed the giga-Nova stats, you need to up your game
Nova D and Cheetah A used mainly Flamers (hence the lower damage...since they deal essentially none)

Even better, Switch em to 8 SM Pulse.
There arent many backsides in the game that can withstand a 60 alpha paddle to its rear. Unless they went to stronk on the back armor.

Click the Little icon up above where you enter text for the post with a the little Tree on it.
Then post a link that the Forums accepts, like Imgur or memegenerator sites. (not all work or are accepted) Easiest way is to make a free Imgur account, take the screenshots from your Saved Games file and then upload them to imgur and just left click on them and "copy the Image URL" and paste it into the ENTER LINK box you see when you click on the tree Icon.
and then eureka!
Since we are talking Nova is now good (NOT OP) and here to toss its semi above average epeen around.

Nova is kinda soft, but quite a bit more fun post-rescale (going to eventually buy a Nova-C if I even remember to).

Allow me to clarify, I don't think there is anything wrong with the Nova. I think it is in a good place. The fact that I can "pawn sacrifice" for something like a Kodiak whilst I have half the team shooting me is funny, and proves that it is useful, but that feat is doable in many other mechs that have remained they way they were since forever ago.
I wanted to like the nova, but after going through the basic skill tree with the prime, I didn't feel the urge to get two more. With the sale, the loyalty nova, and re-scale I finally have a reason to pilot the little knuckledragger.

That said, short of reducing the weapon quirks or removing the structure quirks, there is no way to reign it in. None. Each arm doing 30 dmg? Each arm fired one at a time? All good even under the new theoretical system.

Not saying this as the guy who got wrecked by one, but as the guy doing the wrecking.
My build is 12cersl 4cmg 1ton ammo and a targeting computer.
I'm really short range, but I've jump jets decent speed and armor to make the most of it
With the tc and huge (assault level) damage output, I'm able to quickly dispatch even dire wolves.
Hell if I run straight into the enemy team and pick out two targets I can eliminate them before I go down.
Not torso twisting.
Not ducking to cover
Just running straight up to the first mech face tank him, firing ct until dead
Then turn and pick another tgt to run straight at firing till it's dead (and me too as override is engaged)
Match will end with 6-10 assists, two solo kills kmmd, 400-500 damage done with a few psr increace
That being said, I usually play more tactfully.. But give. I can so easily take out two targets yolo style...
Or.. Working as intended?
It does have to close to 200m to work so...?
You gotta ******* be kidding me!!! Another IS ***** complaining about another clan mech WTF.

I've tested that myself, went in a pitiful champion Crow and did 2x the damage I would normally do. and this is from someone who doesn't fancy crows.
I think novas actually are now playable and are fine as is.
But hey, if you're wrecking endo in a mech you feel is OP and should be corrected, feel free to discuss.
The aim of an average tier2 potato isnt even better.

Wait for t3 and when you get a match with mostlöy T2 and T1 players involved and see how they aim at you.

whats that going to proof? that the kodiak one of the strongest current mech si doing worse than a NVA or that you just can't handle the kodiak?
