Wanted To Ask How Your Connection Was Before Website Here Went Down

I ask because I've been noticing from friends and a few others I've talked to, both on this game and a few others, that there's been an increasingly amount of disconnecting and whatnot- I've experienced it too.
One reason I may have is when we got the spambots to stop spamming by changing the req. for posting, which was to play one game in-game. That may or may not have made them angry since we just negated what they can do, which may lead to something a bit worse, which could involve slowing or shifting out the site completely, it redirecting to a malicious site or spam.
I would ask the guys up above but they're not here right now, so I wanted to ask you guys about it.

I played last night, both before and after the website crash, and I didn't notice a difference between last night and any other (after the last patch.)

If anything i'd say my ping on NA servers has been slightly better since the website went down, as I've had sub 90 ping

Something's running amok, and I don't think PGI is at fault for so.
I'm going to try and do some research on this, as earlier today I skimmed a bit and hear that more than 50% of any company has been infiltrated or shut down in either a part of their database, or the server overall.
... stupid spambots.

Starting back around a month ago, I've seen a jump in ping from aproximately 87 back then, up to 110 - 120 on average to NA servers now.
Not sure what changed, but the connection's been less than stable for about a month now.

Each time, it was during the map loading screen, dumping me back to the mechlab (from both US and Euro game servers).
Support were spectacularly unable to help.
It came totally out of the blue - never had a problem with MWO before (except back in early closed beta days, when everyone and his dog had problems), and no system changes had been made on my end, so no idea why it's been happening...
In the end I completely reformatted my C drive and reinstalled from scratch, so let's see if this helps matters!

A year ago I had a more stable client till the last patch of October '15.
The game is not alt-tab friendly, windows mode or not.
And alt tabbing is a must when waiting for 5 or more minutes for a fw match...
Edit:
Another strange ocurance of crashes is the following situation.
You are in a fw premade and several of your group start typing something in faction chat -> crash for those that are in faction chat. Not a common bug, but it can be replicated.

Not sure if related, matchmakingtimes felt like taking longer than usual. Game only crashed dring the "exit" of the game and seemed to be able to send the error report.

Its been "up and down", without clear reason why. I have had alot more DC's and unable to get back inside 5-7mins, but most of the time I nowadays DC while waiting the match clock to hit 0 than in the screen where to power up my mech. Yup aint ideal, but its new to me.... I tend to keep "networkwatcher" program open to see what hangs up and while DC'd so I can fastly check if its my own connection or not.
I do live in Finland with 100MB line (yup I got upgrades and this is all mine now) so some DC's can be explained by simple things. Well atleast Finland aint as badly bottle necked than UK area.

Check Norse or the several other attack map sites when you have disruptions. You may be surprised to find correlation.

However, during the forum blackout I also had trouble with DCs; even when only playing on Oceanic. But more than that, I have had major issues with hitreg since then (as in, it appears I hit but the reticle doesn't turn red) as well as seeing other players rubberband (though I never appear to to myself).
Those something I never had problems with before, even when my ping was high. Don't know what the issue is.
