I believe it should be the faction penalty for signing a contract with them at the wrong time. If it appears only on that win window before your score tabulation, and especially if everyone in your unit got that same penalty, it's likely the one. The only other penalties I can think of is team dmg and kills. Even if you dropped an arti and killed 2 team mates I don't think the penalties will even reach remotely near 100 k. On plus side, faction penalty only takes a cut from that 400 k bonus reward for winning so it's relatively insignificant
