Excuse me while I get on a rant here...

I can't look at this game right now. I'll be back once PGI either fixes this clown show or moves the circus to Solaris VII, where I can rationalize some of the nonsense as part of the vagaries of arena combat.
With the OverKill Quirk-Nerf that PGI's horribly pushed upon several Mechs? Even the mere idea of Solaris VII as a venue change wouldn't save MWO. They've made Catapults and Novas an absolute joke for anyone who isn't a Top-Tier GrandMaster Pilot. Such has trashed both of my FW Drop Decks, and made 25% of all the effort that I've ever put into this game worthless. That's a few Event-earned Mechs and Self-built Mechs wasted, upwards of 100 Million C-BIlls of effort (
probably more) all gone to complete waste, 25% of all the time I've ever spent playing gone to waste at the minimum, and another chunk of my sanity taken away as I find that I can't even use some of my favorite designs anymore. Why can't I use those designs anymore, even though I've tried to design the best I'm unfortunately capable of playing with? Because I'll be ripped to shreds in no time flat even by a Nerfed Locust, when I'm already doing all I can do while still learning the game, because PGI keeps changing the rules faster than a newer player like myself can even hope to adapt! I'm periodically having to effectively dump learning I've picked up, which is destroying my ability to maintain a mental image of how to handle in combat. If PGI doesn't stop being so overly ham-handed, MWO's going to become an ugly, laughable joke of a shadow of a game. It's feeling to me like all that PGI really wants is people who would allow their Real $$$ to be blindly stolen from them, because of 'bait and switch tactics' that start you off with a nice Mech and give you a broken toy later on.

p.s.: Rant's over, back to your normal madness now...)
