but seriously, what was that change? a random grazing shot with the nerf cannon that PGI lost control over?

It's a laser duration cooldown change for the RT. It's from (old) 2% to now (new) 5%.

I don't know why, but maybe we're supposed to create the new Badder race of 3 CERLL builds (hitting Ghost Heat no less).

yes but why would you alter both previous 2% quirked ST's to one having 5% and the other nothing changed? that is just a very weird decision. I mean there is no difference between them, the RT could only in the prime cases be exchanged for an AMS. which the left can't do. Nit even talkign how the adr b's ST's weren't changed and are just an inferior choice as they have no quirks at all.

Probably because 2% is worthless, and 4% isn't much better, but 10% almost has an impact?


It brings the typical 17% value to 27%, which is a fair cooldown increase. Above marginal
3s ERPPCs

Wait...they only changed the RT?

So, max of 7%?



I want to call that a typo, and if it isn't...dafuq?

Also, laser cooldown, the adder runs hot with nearly all configs, not sure what lasercooldowns are good for. that would only cater some scouting loaodut with 5cersl, or cerspl. anythign else is a questionable buff of not much help.

While uncommon, Adder can run decently cool with 5 ERML due to all the heatsinks, still 3% cooldown doesn't do much, but its better than a nerf.
