Is there something i don't get about the leaderboard event?

I thought it was the cumulative total of your 10 best games

but my score is being shown as 1523 (shadowhawk)
were i have played about 20 games and my three top scores alone are 452+497+473 =1422

and my top 10 add to 3470 ?

you probably didn't got the formula used for calculation, because that one is not the ingame SCORE shown, it is a seperate formula, look at the event page.

Would be better PGI seperated these terms for these events to mak it more obvious.

ah missed that it wasn't the normal score calculator and weighted kills relatively highly; thanks for pointing it out.

Last nights match maker (group 2 friends one of whom we carry) seemed to be struggling and we had lots of games with no heavies and assaults on our side and multiple on the other. So big damage but less kills (and hence assists, KMDD,etc.).

Can't be bothered even trying then, to get those sort of scores you would need to carry 10 victories or be fed.
