Yep that's my read as well.

Ace with a clean sweep of the the Kodiak-3, the Nova-S and the Arctic Cheetah-A.
La Jefa with the Kodiak-3 and the Summoner-Prime.
and a four way tie with Zieten, Gotshotalot and Rick Wildstar each getting the Kodiak-3 right (shocking) and JJm1 calling the Warhawk-Prime.

Per my OP I had 3 more mech packs to give so Ace and La Jefa each get one and of the thrid place winners I am picking Jjm1 because, comm'on, picking the Kodiak-3 is about as uninspired as you can get given the point of this lil exercise (sorry guys, but I only have so many packs to give, and that is as good a basis as any to pick a winner).

So Ace, La Jefa, Jjm1 and Karmen, PM me and let me know what you want.

The list of Urbanmech nerfs will be the big reveal at mechcon. There's at least 12 powerpoint slides on that subject alone.
