Now that the Lyran Guard Decal is coming with the Osiris for October, here is my updated version of IS brigade decals we need.

Two I'd like to see.

One is the bloody sickle of the 9th Benjamin Regulars: The Wrath of the Common People.

The second is the stylized red "R" in blue square of the former Rasalhague Regulars.

I have some lore camos on 3025-3034 era mechs I need the Rasalhague Military District insignia for. I'm using an R over the square and X, but it doesn't look QUITE right. And the 9th Benjies are still an operating regiment during the Civil War.
