now to set this up I should mention comp or competitive MWO game play is alot different then what we play in pug land so they are a bit shocked by some of the load outs

Also this is a far cry from "good" competitive play. This is basically green units who've decided to play in the Tournament for laughs. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
The casters did well for what material they had to work with though, I'll give them that. Overall looks like I made the right decision to not care about the Championship though, that bit, while amusing, was very gross.

that is a guy in the back ground laying down fire while a brawl is going on
don't get wrong its always been around but I did not know there was a specific term for it
lastly a few weeks ago I was flipping through some cable cannels and I found the world championship
for Counter Strike on
to me MWO spectated way better then a FP shooter

There's even a strategy you can execute on certain maps where everybody not in a light takes up a an overlapping overwatch posture. This is called Power Positioning.
Also, I find MOBAs to be the most interesting video games to watch as eSports go.

Considering they brought an 80kph Zeus and an Executioner... I would say that's a good bet.
To be fair, I can't think of any heavies that go slower than 70kph that aren't Black Widows.

overwatch seems to be a term used these days.
I used to call it moving under a base of fire
