Bug Location: Mechlab

Steps to reproduce (using SCR-A, SCR-B and SCR-A head omnipod as example, with the proviso that only 1 of each mech and omnipod is owned):
1) Strip head omnipods from SCR-A and SCR-B and save both
2) Fit SCR-A head to SCR-A mech and save
3) Switch to SCR-B
4) SCR-A head will show as "AMT: 1" in selectable omnipods, even when "Owned Items" has been ticked despite it being fitted to SCR-A
5) Attempting to fit duplicated SCR-A head omnipod to SCR-B will allow it to be equipped to mech but upon saving "An Error Occurred While Saving" message appears

Reproduction rate:
100% since application of latest patch
100% of omnimechs tested (Stormcrow, Viper, Kit Fox)


Bug Description:
Owned Omnipods are being duplicated across chassis variants and the same omnipod can be equipped to two chassis variants simultaneously, although upon saving the second mech an error message appears and the configuration save cannot be completed.
