Except the Daimyo.

Or the Jackrabbit... This is quite possibly the worst mech ever. (Next to a stock Urbie)

I could swear I remember seeing the Tarantula in one of the mechwarrior 2 games.

3054. Missed the cutoff date by 1 year.

If I get around to it I'll add an addendum to the list tomorrow for mechs that have the tech but not the time.

Ah. Ok cool. I just remembered seeing it in the game and noticed it missing from the list. I just assumed it was 3050ish. It's also a quad anyway so it's unlikely to be seen in mwo.

I'd totally buy the Jackrabbit, as long as I could turn it into a Nexus as well.

But full disclosure, I'm the guy who first added the Jackrabbit entry to Sarna so...

Haha there's always that one guy.

I doubt you'd be able to just transform it, you'd likely have to get the Nexus.

It could be like the Mauler having a Daboku variant I suppose.

That'd be the only way. But honestly, it's a 25t mech that's slower than some mediums & relys on multiple ammo dependent weapons, it's terrible.

The best IS light we could get that's not a repeat is the Javelin.

I guess the Spector would disagree: it is fast, jump-capable, has ECM and many energy hardpoints.

The greatest problem is the lack of variants with the current tech in MWO. Actually a number of Mechs on the list has this problem. That's too bad, because some of them are really good - like the Spector or the rather similar Hitman.

Regarding other light Mechs, I would love to get my hands on the Fireball: making the Locust look slow. But if the Flea is supposedly too fast...

Just add the Firestarter S & you've got the Spector.

Thou doth speaketh in vain of the mighty Urbanmech. Please, Kerensky, who art designing more mechs in the periphery, forgiveth his sins for he know not-eth what he says-eth. REPENT, SINNER AND PRAISE THE MIGHTY URBANMECH! PRAISE IT! PRAISE IT!

The Urbanmech is like the Kardashians, famous, but totally worthless.
