As the title says..

and I truly do not expect a reply from PGI or their admin/rep...

1. Do you research your Ideas BEFOR you implement them??

2. your supply cash system is very weak and underwhelming, another attempt to get MC from players??

3. Did you really look at the decals in game BEFOR you implemented them?

4. and finally do you think your player base is ALL under 12 years old...because you continuously treat us as such??

this has the ability to be an awesome game but why do you keep trying so hard to drive players away...Dose Russ hate this game so much now he is unknowingly trying to kill it???

these forums are full of people BEGGING you to do something other than asking for money to help this game..
Please...................

Sorry Harper, the head of the company wants a Mecha E-Spurt, forget about Mechwarrior. Only thing about this game that is Battletech is the skin.

only thing we can do is to vote with our wallets, sadly the community is far from a unified front.

I am sorry to say but you can not ask for them to come out and tell you stuff. That is against the code of conduct, just like requesting features.

Honestly, if you want someone to answer a question, don't insult them at the same time you ask the question. There are more elegant ways to be pithy.

The only time I can remember a direct answer to a question posted on these forums by someone at PGI was when I posted about decal vs dekel pronunciation and Tina responded. It is true that I did not insult anyone in my questioning post.

If you'd like to give us feedback on certain features you do not like, please be more constructive in your post and explain with reasons so it can be considered as valid feedback.

For example saying that Cache's are "very weak and underwhelming" will not help anyone understand what you dislike about them.

Please help make the forums a positive experience by contributing in a constructive way.

You make a valid point, Harper didnt. However im pretty sure the patch note thread are full of better explanations, if not its just waiting for the "shock" moment to end so people can articulate better.

If I added "please" after "add quadrupeds" would it make it better or worse?

1) "So and So has been awarded Supply Cache" Pop Up is annoying. Only the person receiving should have to see it.
2) Pricing on keys, like several things are poorly thought out. While inexpensive, it's bad marketing to sell 1 key for 25mc, then 10 for 250mc. Even App Based Games on my Cellphone give discounts or bonuses for buying Bulk. 10 Keys for 250mc should either get a discount, for instance, or 2 Bonus Keys to entice. (Similarly the "Ultimate Mechpacks". You'd see a large uptick in sales of those if it gave one more than "the convenience of saving a few clicks)
3) Uncertain value. Give me a reason to get excited about opening one.
4) Honestly, the concept in general is gimmicky, and personally I dislike it. I get PGI needs to find more monetization Avenues, and the less effort for reward, the better for business, but it gives a cheap feel to the game. Give Us actual customization options and you'll find people willing to make those microtransactions a lot more readily... aka features the playerbase actually wants and asks for.

I realize Russ is on record telling us He and PGI know best and we realyl know nothing and have nothing of use to contribute... but you see that also extends to contributing with our wallets.

I'm glad to see you and several Devs more active on the boards, for the moment, but we've seen this pattern before...and as soon as things quite down, the Dev presence goes away again. We realyl should not have to ignite multitudinous dumpster fires to have Dev Interaction.

There. I don't claim to speak for the community, but those are my issues with Supply Caches, off the top of my head.

Perhaps providing free keys as parts of events, or other ways, to Promote people actually trying out Supply Caches initially will dispel some of our uncertainty and distaste. Hard to say. I do know most people simply feel the best course is to sell them off sight unseen and move on. Which if that is all that happens, really seems like a waste of time put into developing and adding said feature.

Make us excited about them, PGI, instead of just telling us we SHOULD be excited, and grateful. Like respect, real excitement and enthusiasm is earned, not demanded.

Hey certainly speaks for me and many of my friends Tina. Your customer service and interaction are some of the worst I've ever seen and your boss is outright rude. Why is it you only interact with us when there is a massive outcry and why doesn't Russ implement ANY of our suggestions?

Not trying to be a jerk, these are serious questions that I feel the community deserves an answer to.

Eh, doubt we'll get a reply. I know I've PNG'd myself with PGi lately.

It's waht happens when you care about a product more than the developer does.

Yeah, if you are gonna be a ****, at least be constructive and polite.

We wonder why PGI gets tired of the forum.

I'm not apologizing for half the stuff they do or don't do, but ffs don't make it even worse.

...Is it just me or is Tina posting more now that Derek is gone? I'm not complaining, this IS what we asked for.
