I would think it would sound believable and ear pleasing to hear Tina saying "need assistance" than to hear the current one which sound like coming from a guys whose balls are being squished while saying "need assistance".

With Tina's voice it would be more engaging, if you can't put her voice at least a similar voice will do.

In all seriousness though, there should be at least 3 voice options, for both male and female, so we could have some customization and so we could tell who was talking. Everyone sounding exactly the same forces you to look at the name. If we all had different voices it would be much easier to tell who was saying what.

You may be on to something. Once upon a time I thought there was talk of both a male and a female pilot model when the pilot remodel was happening. How hard would it be to link the command wheel action with the gender of the pilot as chosen?

We can just put this on the list of 'Small improvements to MWO that PGI should totally do that are easy and quick' on page 438.

A simple HUD message like the one we already have for VOIP would do the exact same thing.

Voice packs could be a good moneymaker for this game. The option was in Titanfall - why not here?

At the VERY LEAST, give the filthy clanners their own computer voice. There's centuries' worth distance of evolution in technology here, but they still have the same GPS voice. Google can't even keep the same voice week to week in their GPS.

I like Sidestrafe's voice. It's clear and easily understandable.

But having options, different voice-packs, different b*tchin betty voices, different pilot models would be cool.

Voice packs. Seriously. Let people pay a small sum to get the voice commands they want. Have a few options, appropriate for the various Clans and Houses, male and female. Add some flavour with a touch of accents, appropriate to the various factions.

But please, whatever you do, don't go all the way to parody. A FRR voice pack would be nice, but Skyrim guards wouldn't. Same with a Draconis voice pack that goes for mixing r and l. If you *do* go for voice packs, please leave the comedy accents out of it. *Please*.
