Units getting minor quirks (for holding planets, I presume? It doesn't even matter) doesnt help FP suck less. Having more motivation for units to hold planets won't fix FP, when so few people are interested. May be a shiny for people who are currently playing AND in successful units, but useless for everyone else.
But to be honest, this circles back to an overriding fear I have about how this is done. If it's primarily about established FP players wishlisting, it's really unlikely to bring new players (as in, players who don't currently play FP, whether or not they are actually new) to the game mode.

No i had it too then it pooped off with that 3rd party bull pop up. maybe you left before it went off. I checked it twice a few minutes later and the same thing. I wasn't logged in but that should not matter. I just assume they closed it to control the discussion tomorrow. Wouldn't put it past them.

This is why you should invite and listen to people that aren't just in large units.
Oh, sorry, I forgot I live on an island. Keep reaching for the stars. Let me know when you get your hands around the sun.

Been this way from the beginning. The clique controls the message and make sure to drown any other voices out. Game is dead and they helped kill it. Good show you morons.

Totally agree dont think these guys know what PGI wants to talk about or what players who Dont play want talked about....
They are talking in game mechanic and intricacies, things that really only affect people playing already, these things may improve things for their game experience but they are not addressing the main topic which is, why is pugjoe not playing, how does PGI raise player numbers asap..
Disappointed they really dont understand the fundamental prob...imo...

Fair enough, and this is just a community pre-meeting, so there's that.
But anyone being able to go and speak doesn't make it more useful.
I guess I'm just too tired and cynical, but it seems to me most are hoping for a way to air their Special Little Ideas, but not really grasping the goal (or, at least, what has been stated as the goal) for the round table actually is.
Too cynical, I know.

I'm cynical too, but I'm still listening.

I had no issues with seeing or hearing the stream. They did have it muted for the first few minutes while they talked offline. Once it went live it kept going.. off track, but going..

Don't reach for the stars; reach for what is within your grasp.

Vote for specific planets on a front.
Vote for alliances.
If your faction has worlds cut off from capital you can't pick worlds on the isolated are to attack. Worlds there fall back ownership to origin/whoever isolated them over time.
Remove LT.
That's some foundational stuff they can do.
