Ive reinstalled my MWO client on my older pc after moving it to Windows 10 and I kept getting something that my files don't match with the server. It wants me to download the entire base of the game that is 14gb of the game again and it was giving me that notice twice. Any idea why that's happening?

Something broke. Use the repair tool or verifiy cache integrity with Steam.
