damn, wish I had waited to buy the cobra pattern for my marauder. I also kinda wish that was the standard price for camo patterns. Still its cool to see this mech go on sale. I would say that this is pretty much the IS equivalent to the Timberwolf/Madcat.

...decided to go ahead and go all in on this one despite the likelihood that absolutely nothing will change in regards to gameplay between now and... I dunno when. I mean, I fully expect FW to be... bleh (at best) and PQ to be 12v12 TDM...


...but there is a non-zero chance that I could be wrong and, well, I'm liking what I see here and the IIc isn't something that is going to go completely unused (a Medium) or collect dust because an over-saturated queue (a Heavy).

- Bought one, now trying to make a working cold build (i love cold builds!)... Still too hot mech for good walk and too bad for using XL-engines on it. Like some other IS chassis which have easy destructible side torsos. As i can see - here not only side torso weak but also easy to loose weapon after hit. Clan gauss, gauss, lbx cannons and even LRM can rip your weapon from slots with nearly whole armor. But it's nice looking mech and good mix of ballistic and laser hardpoins.
