I open caches only with mechbay and/or good load of mc. Opened ~30 caches, no anything worth.

You are better off just buying a mechbay than to expect one out of the cache.
~90 cache opened, I've received maybe 2 mechbays. If you see a cache with 100k or 250k Cbills AND a mechbay, you'll get the Cbills most of the time.
The general rule is if the mechbay is the worst price in the cache, you have a better chance at it. I've seen a cache w/ several modules, an XL engine, a mech, MC, and I want to say a mechbay and an LPL or something, and I got the mechbay. It still felt like a loss.

Pretty much the most useless feature in MWO so far. Good luck fooling anyone into actually buying keys. OMG that would be stupid.

Since when you make it appear you have a certain chance, say 1/8 but the actual chances are different and subject to mechanics which are UNDISCLOSED. you are defrauding people. Luckily this is only a game. But whats going on is a fraud. A scam. And it is CLEARLY designed to boost the income of PGI with real money. since keys cost MC... which is purchased with real money.
If someone could get the information on how the weighing works, we probably can start a class action lawsuit.

Seriously? Stop using words like "fraud" and "scam" if you clearly don't understand what they mean.
You can sell a cache for 50K C-bills. Or, you can spend a small amount of MC to get a prize that is always, always worth more than 50K C-bills. You are spending premium currency to get in game currency, just like almost every other free-to-play game in existence.

Until they disclose the odds of winning fraud and scam are accurate in my view.

I never thought the odds were 1/8 - and thus never bought keys with MC - but the "wheel of fortune" certainly makes it look that way, so that's questionable business from PGI at best.
Not sure if you can call it "fraud", they're not gaining trust with flimsy stuff like that though.

Doesn't matter what the odds are for the top prize, your prize will always be worth more than 50K C-bills. Therefor, it is not a scam.
