Purchases Should Default To Cbills, Not Mc

Decided to buy an Assault mech on sale. Nearly made the mistake of buying it with MC instead of cbills because the game STILL defaults to MC. Fortunately, I noticed this before making that mistake.
I'm reasonably sure either I or somebody has brought this point up before over the years, and it is STILL not fixed.
NEVER put your customers in a position where the default choice could be considered cheating them in some way. This is a simple code change that should have been done years ago, IMHO.

Don't waste your money on MC, and you never run into this problem.

Btw, it's not only about, MMO. Brief example: Adobe Acrobat. When you are not careful installing this crap, you may miss that checkbox with MCAffe (another crapware) and it will also be installed.
And it's not against the law as long as you have a window which asks you to confirm your choice.

They want the occasional accidental sale from the poor sucker that doesn't know enough to ask support to reverse it. All they want is your money, and because it spends the same as deliberately spent money, they don't give a damn.
Sad, but true in the world of FTP games.

It really, really shouldn't be this way.

While this is more so an observation on our blameless society... I'm so fricking sick and tired of people not taking responsibility for their own screw-ups, I'm on the verge of turning my stomach inside out...

Not every toaster in the world needs a sticker telling you to not use in the shower.

"Do you think we need to warn them that the wiring is fault and trying to plug it in without a pair of leather gloves will get them electrocuted?" "Nah, they should know by now due to how many dead people are in the kitchen."

That's different, the faulty wiring is a production error and can't be noticed by the customer. A more relatible situation would be "Do you think we need to warn the customer that their coffee will be hot when they receive it at the counter? Nah, they'll be able to tell by the steam and the warm cup. Besides, coffee is always made hot, everybody knows that!"
.... oh wait. That's right, a place got sued over them not having a sticker on the cup that said the coffee was hot... and won the lawsuit... As if the steam and hot cup and it being fresh COFFEE wasn't enough things saying "HEY! I'm hot! Don't try to drink me yet!"
...I'm 20 and I think it's ridiculous how often people blame others for their own mistakes, oversight, or lack of paying attention.
Would it be nice for them to have it default to c-bills? Yes. Are they obligated to repay you for your lack of paying attention to the pop-up asking what way you'd like to pay? No. But they're nice sometimes and revert your account.

Red herring much?
Completely different scenario. This is like walking up to a door that has in big bold letters "PUSH" and you pull it... Add to this fact you've been walking through this door for more than two years. THEN, complain because PGI has not accommodated you by reversing the hinges.
