I haven't played MWO in a few weeks and when I logged into the game today I saw an announcement that I qualified for 3-year loyalty rewards. A cockpit cupcake, a few mechs, some C-Bills, etc. However when I get into the game I don't see any of these things. Am I supposed to enter some sort of code somewhere, push a button, redeem something? How do I get these items?

So let me get this straight... You saw you were qualified for shinies and, without reading or investigating further, jumped into the game to collect and were disappointed nothing was there, automatically assumed something was wrong with the game...

Under the content section in your profile. It should show the loyalty items you qualify for til oct
