Gyro Bar + Consequences For High Heat + Flamer Fix + Ammo Explosions = Balance

It is true that Energy Draw might bring TTK up. But it doesn't do much encourage mixed builds or to bring any more excitement to the game in comparison to Ghost Heat.

My idea has 4 steps to achieve balance with one bonus step involving IS CASE if you think it is necessary.
In the lower part of this post is a list where you guys can fill in the numbers and conditions that you think is fair.
And remember this may be a textwall but that is because i want to give you guys as many tools as possible to balance things.
Nobody can say i do things sloppily.

1 - Gyro bar. Whenever you fire AC's and Gauss you produce recoil by the same amount of damage the weapon causes.
The gyro recovers a set amount of balance per second.
I do not know how high the Gyro's limit or recovery should be.
Whenever you overload the Gyro bar something happens.

2 - In the Tabletop game a mech with high heat had all kinds of penalties such as slower movement and chances of ammo detonation.

3 - Ammo detonations. They used to be a thing to be feared in MWO but now we got a 10% chance of ammo explosions whenever a pile of ammo is destroyed.
This means CASE has very little purpose.
I know many believe having a higher chance of ammo explosions would lower TTK but think about this for 10 seconds.

Having enough ammo to feed a Dual UAC20 / LRM60-80 / 4x UAC5 means stuffing a mech to the brim and then some.
Higher chances of ammo detonation would mean there would be greater risks to carrying such large amounts of ammo.
Especially in the later parts of the match when armor has been stripped away.

That means some players will hesitate at carrying massive amounts of ammunition consuming firepower and instead go for a less risky way of building their mechs.

4 - Flamer fix. Make the Flamer have 2 purposes.
1st - Increasing heat in mechs like it does now but with one big difference.
Whenever a flamer burns unarmored internals it is much more effective at producing heat inside the enemy mech.

2nd - Let the flamer have a higher chance to detonate ammo piles not protected by armor.

How much better at causing heat and detonating ammo? Should there be a lesser return on this chance with every additional flamer?

You can put the answers to those questions into the list below.

5 - The bonus step. IS CASE weighs 0.5 tonns and takes up a crit slot but the Clan CASE is weightless and omnipresent in clan mechs.
To make the playing field more even maybe the IS CASE could have the ability of decreasing the chances of ammo explosions inside the bodypart it is mounted in.
This is of course in addition to it's original purpose.

There is a spot in the list i keep babbling about for both the IS CASE and the Flamer.
Fill in the numbers you think are fair.
