Heh, heh yeah I did. At the time I was reflecting on my own mental struggle... Initially, it just felt wrong to use a mouse. I had played all the previous mechwarrior titles with a joystick, and it took a little bit to convince myself I could get better results with a mouse. In any case, the Basal Joint Arthritis video was very informative. From all the responses it looks like you've got a recovery group rooting for you. I hope your recovery goes well!

So you adjusted to a mouse. From what may I ask?

I have an appt on Thursday to get another shot and to set up my surgery. I've been putting it off for 4-5 years.

I even gave away my PS4 to stop me from playing it. Then I saw Youtube videos about this and became addicted. (Damn you Old Bob, Spike Brave, SideStrafe, etc etc etc)

Coming back to this... The "Steam Controller" has something that is "zero order" in its right side. It is effectively a mouse touchpad, and from what I understand it works really well.

Very interesting (I also have read more of your posts, lol). It gets some good reviews. But you have to play it through Steam.

Can i take this account to Steam or do I have to start a new one?

It does not sound perfect, but when you are really bored and want to play....I think it is worth a shot. Thanks!

The game does not care how you log in. Steam means 2 log ins, one for steam, which can left running then MWO itself. You can link MWO to steam to start it up from Steam.

Heading to the Doctors in a few minutes.

I'm sure they can not set up the surgery that quick so I will be around for a little. well, 2 weeks or so maybe. I have 5 months of banked PT, lol.

And I just had my first 5 kill game.....And I'm almost half way through Tier 5 now. I'm starting to "get it".

Determined and stupid are not the same thing, although they can sometimes resemble each other.

For some mechs I've started to play with a stick, but when I do I use stick and mouse. Aim with the mouse and set most of my keyboard functions to the stick and it's various buttons. The biggest issue is that doing that I am either changing joystick sensitivity up for faster mechs and down for larger ones or setting it for 1 set and using the keyboard for the other. The stick I use, logitech attack 3 (still haven't done too much with getting the Steel Battalion setup working for MWO), has a throttle, but it's position makes it hard to use 1 handed so I use my Y axis as a throttle in my MWO settings.
