Moral standards aside, is also a clear violation of the code of conduct. Unless it served a tactical end, I would just as readily report you as anyone else here.

When you join a match you are agreeing to abide by the COC and TOS. If you don't like that, don't join a match.

It really just gets down to purpose, in my opinion. If you're trying to Bugs Bunny the other team somehow, that's one thing. But at least make that clear to YOUR team.
I get a kick out of watching Stick Shenanigans, myself, on occasion.
But someone powering down just because they don't want to face the music? Unless their team is alright with this, that's like refusing to uncurl from around the football after getting tackled, for no other reason than they didn't like getting tackled.
Admittedly, I can think of a few legitimate reasons to hit 'P'. "I feel like it" just isn't one of them for me.
On a side note, Mystere, I like seeing your thoughts and questions more and more.

As noted earlier in this thread, the Code of Conduct describes how it is not a violation to hide if it is in service toward a combat advantage or win.
However, if a player is hiding in a match that is effectively lost or is progressing toward a loss if without action, please inform that player of the circumstances. If that player is recognized to be hiding for no other purpose than to prolong that match, please report that player with the in-game player context menu's report function or with an email to moderation@mwomercs.com with any evidence and/or details you have available.

this thread predominantly acts as bait for insults and name & shame to the original poster.
