Suggestion: Make The Heat Penalty Visible In The Hud, Else This Will Still Be Ghost Heat

First: My opinion
I like the new system much better than the old one, it works fine and I can calculate the penalty without calculator or external tables and charts. Great work!

Second: What needs to be adressed

1) It is still GhostHeat! I understand you don't like popping up numbers in the UI, that would kill immersion. But we need to see our penalties somewhere.
We get heat penalties for lowering Energy below 0, yet the bar is from 0 to 30... that makes no sense! If you allow energy from -120 to +30 the "Energymeter" should have a range likewise.
The same with Heat, we get damage for Heat more than 100%, so why does the gauge stop right where it starts to matter?

2) SRM4 and SRM6 should not have different energy/rocket ratios...

3) Why can I chainfire lasers as fast as I want, but SRMs and ACs only one every .5sec? The only reason might be your old self resetting .5sec GhostHeat timer... the timer is gone, so please unlock fast chainfire for all weapons!

- Yeap.

1. I wrote about same problem and hope that we see it on next PTS iteration.
Spoiler

3. Some mech have delay mechanics to launching rockets. Like Archer, Catapult and all other who have protective cover. You need to open them by "/" before chainfire.

Thats not what I mean, if you chainfire 6 Lasers as fast as you can you can actually fire all 6 in under 1s, if you use srm or ac no matter how fast you click your mousebutton, only one projectile every .5s emerges...

You can actually circumvent this behavior by using one weapon group per weapon. And for that you will sometimes need more than 5 fingers per hand, so people use makros...

Yup, and it's been that way since well before ghost heat. No idea why

- I dunno... by double tapping in chainfire srm go pretty fast. Same with AC... and UAC...

Last I checked, the fast firing for chainfire was not possible in the PTS.
